Scumbagged~Nate Hill Fletcher NC aka Nathaniel Elliott Hill-Asheville NC, Flat Rock NC, Hendersonville NC

In May 2018 Nate Hill began a campaign to get my cousin removed from a property she shared with a member at Upward Christian Fellowship Flat Rock NC & where Nate is Jr pastor. He stated the church disapproved of people living together out of wedlock & church people were talking about it. My cousin couldn't leave as she would become homeless & had lived there for over a year & had rights as a tenant. Nate stated the property belonged to him & several unnamed members of UCF. He stated the property had been sold and she would have to leave as the new owners were moving in in 3 days. Nate & member then threw her stuff out on the front lawn & changed the door locks so she couldn't get in. Shortly before this, member gave me the number of someone who had an RV for sale. It was listed on ebay & a classified website. I bought the RV so my cousin wouldn't have to sleep in the woods or her tiny subcompact car which member wrecked while driving drunk totaling the vehicle. A vehicle he had no permission to drive. The RV owner said it was in perfect condition, all maintenance was up to date. Shortly after the sale it had to be sent back to the factory for repairs/maintenance/engine work, all of which RV owner lied about. I had to buy my cousin a car. The whole thing cost me over $30k. When I threatened said church member with a lawsuit & court he came forth and told me everything. He told me that he & Nate got kickbacks from the RV deal & that it was really he that wanted my cousin out so his GF(the woman he was seeing behind my cousin's back) wouldn't find out nor his landlord which is Prodigy Inc. not Nate Hill. His landlord didn't allow subletting which my cousin knew nothing of. Member said he was blackmailing Nate because Mr. Hill was cheating on his wife with a man, stealing from the church, stole from his previous church & secretly trying to get church people on his side so he could overthrow the Sr pastor & take his job. Mr. Hill told me personally when I spoke with him that he would contact church members & try to find my cousin a place to live so she wouldn't become homeless. He didn't follow through & later said he wasn't concerned if her son had to sleep on the ground. In fact, he said, "whatever happens is the will of God" "it's better to be homeless & walk in the path of righteousness." He also conveyed that it wasn't that unsafe for a woman to sleep in the woods. I told him I thought he was a moral fraud, liar & hypocrite & that I knew about the blackmail, cheating, church theft. He responded by threatening me & letting me know they(UCF) had the police, sheriff's dept & local homeland security in their back pocket. He said they made a lot of donations to law enforcement. I assume he meant legal, political contributions as he didn't elaborate. I couldn't say church member's name, my attorney advised against it because I'm currently suing him. I will say this person is a convicted felon for meth distribution(cook), still uses drugs(he admitted to me he does), keeps guns in his house which is a parole violation, with 2 DUI's who was abusive to my cousin during their relationship. This is the person Nate took up the cause of illegal eviction & lied for. Said church member is also in a leadership position at the church. These men are also supposed role models for young men & women in the church. This is an update to the previous post on ripoff report. People have called my niece & me pretending to be from the Greenville SC Sheriff’s dept, Spartanburg SC Sheriff’s dept & another in NC as well lawyers & private investigators attempting to gather information and/or threaten civil suits/judgments. Also calls from credit card co, banks, accountant trying to get personal info. Calls from realtors, car dealers, etc. which are not calls we placed to said businesses. As well as several visits to where RV(and niece are parked) making threats, yelling, being verbally abusive & general harassment. Nate, the church & music director were also responsible for getting my niece’s car repossessed, store mgr ousting her from her parking spot. They tried to illegally repossess the RV that is paid for in full & I have clear title to. Music director(methhead) stole bank papers to niece’s car. Had people follow her & said they were google employees. The list goes on. This occurred after stating a lawsuit was being filed and reports about them. On the advice of my attorney
I can no longer state Methhead’s(music director’s) name(he is a convicted felon for meth distribution and meth lab cook hence the name) as a lawsuit is underway. The music director came clean and told me everything in the hope it will go away.

Nate Hill(nor Upward Christian Fellowship Flat Rock NC) doesn’t want what he’s done exposed so he’s had people call and pretend to be police. When checked no such LEO worked in any police agency in area.

It appears they will do anything to shut people up when they don’t like what is being said. Truthfully, I was surprised they’d take it this far. To the point of having people pretend to be from law enforcement, getting someone’s car repossessed(granted no one should be able to drive around free and drive a vehicle that’s not being paid for, if that was the issue, I have no knowledge of it one way or the other but to take it that far is uncalled for) and to get someone ousted from their parking spot when they’re homeless. That’s ridiculous. What will that accomplish? I suppose anything that will make this person’s life more difficult in an effort to shut them up. So does anyone think this is just about some cheating?

In May 2018 Nate Hill began a campaign to get my cousin removed from a property she shared with a member at Upward Christian Fellowship Flat Rock NC & where Nate is Jr pastor. He stated the church disapproved of people living together out of wedlock & church people were talking about it. My cousin couldn't leave as she would become homeless & had lived there for over a year & had rights as a tenant. Nate stated the property belonged to him & several unnamed members of UCF. He stated the property had been sold and she would have to leave as the new owners were moving in in 3 days. Nate & member then threw her stuff out on the front lawn & changed the door locks so she couldn't get in. Shortly before this, member gave me the number of someone who had an RV for sale. It was listed on ebay & a classified website. I bought the RV so my cousin wouldn't have to sleep in the woods or her tiny subcompact car which member wrecked while driving drunk totaling the vehicle. A vehicle he had no permission to drive. The RV owner said it was in perfect condition, all maintenance was up to date. Shortly after the sale it had to be sent back to the factory for repairs/maintenance/engine work, all of which RV owner lied about. I had to buy my cousin a car. The whole thing cost me over $30k. When I threatened said church member with a lawsuit & court he came forth and told me everything. He told me that he & Nate got kickbacks from the RV deal & that it was really he that wanted my cousin out so his GF(the woman he was seeing behind my cousin's back) wouldn't find out nor his landlord which is Prodigy Inc. not Nate Hill. His landlord didn't allow subletting which my cousin knew nothing of. Member said he was blackmailing Nate because Mr. Hill was cheating on his wife with a man, stealing from the church, stole from his previous church & secretly trying to get church people on his side so he could overthrow the Sr pastor & take his job. Mr. Hill told me personally when I spoke with him that he would contact church members & try to find my cousin a place to live so she wouldn't become homeless. He didn't follow through & later said he wasn't concerned if her son had to sleep on the ground. In fact, he said, "whatever happens is the will of God" "it's better to be homeless & walk in the path of righteousness." He also conveyed that it wasn't that unsafe for a woman to sleep in the woods. I told him I thought he was a moral fraud, liar & hypocrite & that I knew about the blackmail, cheating, church theft. He responded by threatening me & letting me know they(UCF) had the police, sheriff's dept & local homeland security in their back pocket. He said they made a lot of donations to law enforcement. I assume he meant legal, political contributions as he didn't elaborate. I couldn't say church member's name, my attorney advised against it because I'm currently suing him. I will say this person is a convicted felon for meth distribution(cook), still uses drugs(he admitted to me he does), keeps guns in his house which is a parole violation, with 2 DUI's who was abusive to my cousin during their relationship. This is the person Nate took up the cause of illegal eviction & lied for. Said church member is also in a leadership position at the church. These men are also supposed role models for young men & women in the church. Nate Hill Fletcher NC aka Nathaniel Elliot Hill-Asheville NC, Flat Rock NC (Upward Christian Fellowship Flat Rock NC) had no remorse for his actions & believed what he was doing was right. I've sent messages to the Sr pastor but he never contacted me back regarding what transpired.

Barry is a lying scumbag who moved in with my cousin then cheated, stole from her, took advantage of, used, threatened her & the family, raped her after giving her illicit drugs that nearly killed her & left her pregnant. Tried to force her to get abortion. He wooed & romanced her so she would move in & take care of his son because he couldn’t drive the boy back & forth to school, after school activities, friend’s houses, back & forth to his Mother’s(because according to Barry his son’s mother is a deadbeat & meth addict that can’t be responsible for her son). The whole romance, asking her to be his life partner, hinged on her caring for his son & allowing him to move into a property she owned after it was remodeled. He said he wanted a future but wanted girlfriend’s too. He is a cheater that was eyeing a woman in his church, Church people gossiped & this got the ball rolling for his church & Jr pastor to stick his nose where it didn’t belong. Barry claimed he was blackmailing the Jr pastor to do what he wanted. Whether true, I don’t know. But Barry & his Jr pastor are the reason my cousin is homeless. Since, Barry has harassed, stalked, drove by her ex husband’s house. Gotten people to call & pretend to be law enforcement, lawyers, etc. He’s even gotten a friend to target her. Whether at the behest of the church I can’t say. He thinks we don’t know about it & thinks he can get my cousin locked up, sue her for what I’m saying. He thinks in his stupidity that she’s not actually homeless. He’s libeled & accused the pastor of crimes. Lied to the police & told them she lived with her ex husband. He thought he’d get her in trouble for stuff he did. He’s lied to & threatened to kill our entire family. He thought if he killed family members he’d be able to get perceived assets.
